I use my MP3 music all the time, I think I may have a big addiction! I use my MP3 music play lists to complete my tasks. I have a play list for working out, for cleaning and for running errands. My MP3 music play list is made with time management in mind. My workout MP3 music play list is 45 minutes long and I do that one 3 times per week, which is what my doctor recommends. My cleaning play list is longer than that because I tend to let my apartment get messy.

Before my MP3 player, I had the hardest time keeping focused on my daily tasks. I would always have a large list of items that needed to get done and I would usually finish the day with hardly any of the items completed. Now, getting everything done seems effortless and fun. The MP3 music makes me want to dance while I am doing my list so that makes me more blissful during my day! I have told my friends about my fun method and now they are doing it too.
